今（24日）台灣受到東北季風及華南雲雨區東移影響，北部降雨明顯。三立氣象主播吳德榮表示，明、後天全台都有降雨機會，一直要到禮拜日（27日）天氣才會開始好轉。但到了下禮拜二（29日）晚上，會有一波較強的冷空氣報到，屆時台北氣象站約能降到16度左右。

吳德榮表示，今日北部雨勢明顯，有些地方甚至達到大雨程度，而南部零星降雨。溫度上，北部偏涼，溫度只有22、23度，中南部還是有30度以上，清晨低溫全台各地約在19、20度左右。

吳德榮說，明日降雨位置會偏北一點，也就是說在北部會受到比較多影響，中部的雨量則不多，不過這只是短暫的，明日晚上雨區還會再往南移，這時中部以北降雨會比較明顯，南部則是偶爾下雨，因此選前之夜大家要注意中部以北可能碰到雨的機率都很高。

吳德榮指出，在選舉日禮拜六，清晨時間會受到比較大的降雨影響，但白天過後雨會緩下來，西半部會轉為多雲時晴，但北部跟東半部地區還是會有局部短暫雨的狀況，一直要到禮拜日、下週一天氣才會開始好轉。

氣溫方面，吳德榮說，明後天溫度會比較低，禮拜日開始回升，但到了下禮拜二的晚上，東北季風吹來，天氣又會開始轉變，會有一波較強的冷空氣報到。根據最新歐、美模式，台北氣象站約能降到16度左右，比大陸冷氣團的標準還高2度，不過北台灣很多自動觀測站可能會降到13度左右，天氣呈現濕冷的狀態，而其他地區的影響則相對小一些。
