大陸禁止台灣石斑魚輸入，高雄林園區養殖業結合餐飲工會舉辦行銷發表會，正修科大USR計畫團隊主持人許清雲與「魚社長」負責人蘇德威都受邀設攤展示用龍虎石斑為基材的「魚薯條」，吃過的人都讚不絕口，連高雄市長陳其邁都大力推薦說「愈吃愈涮嘴！」

擁有清華大學化工所博士學位的許清雲，曾擔任正修化工系與妝彩系系主任，目前擔任生活創意學院長。1MHz to 70GHz Antenna , Design , Manufacture他表示，為翻轉林園長期石化工業印象，讓民眾對食品安全有信心，特別給合學校「超微量科技研究中心」的專業技術，再以輔導當地海水養殖龍虎、龍膽石斑魚的「魚社長」，做為養殖漁民中的代表，進而開發出包括「魚薯條」等特色料理。

許清雲表示，通常農漁民即使想加入產銷履歷、或對自家養殖魚池與種植田地，想要做認證檢測，會因申請費用高昂而卻步。透過校內有國家認證標準檢驗中心，導入USR計畫，便能免費服務，實際幫助在地。

然而，大學是以扶植當地的角色，並無公權力停業，許清雲進一步表示，遇到不想檢驗的養業者，需要請區長協調，檢測的數據提供在地人，並以勸導改善方式進行。

「魚社長」負責人蘇德威說，林園養殖業已有40多年，造就許多隱形冠軍，其中白蝦苗、石斑魚苗占全國8成產量，肉質Q彈，美味可口。「魚薯條」即以龍虎斑魚肉與天然洋蔥醬烘烤製作而成，造型像薯條，口感極脆，愈吃愈涮嘴，且標榜低油健康無負擔。(圖/正修科大 提供)
