資深藝人巴戈上個月因胰臟癌離世，再度掀起民眾對於癌王的關注。對此，中山醫院家醫科醫師陳欣湄表示，胰臟癌很難被檢查出來，曾有高官每年花上萬元做健康檢查都沒找出問題，直到體重暴跌20公斤就醫，才知是胰臟癌，從就醫到離世僅短短的6個月。醫師也分享罹患胰臟癌的7大高風險族群，包括60歲以上、肥胖、慢性胰臟炎、糖尿病、有胰臟家族病史與愛吃高糖高熱量。

醫師陳欣湄在節目《健康2.0》上提到，胰臟癌真的要很小心，就算做了很多檢查，有些時候真的可能輕忽。有一個高官安排上萬元的高階健康檢查，本身屬於高胖身型的人，但每年健檢都沒有紅字，因此常常自嘲說「我是世界上最健康的胖子！」

陳欣湄表示，這位高官決定要好好減重，沒想到過程出乎意料地超順利，他隨便一減就瘦了10幾公斤，停止減重以後卻發現體重還是不斷往下掉，直到他總共瘦了20多公斤以後，他才驚覺事情不對勁，趕緊去醫院檢查，最後發現是「胰臟癌」。

陳欣湄指出，這位高官檢查出胰臟癌到離世的過程中，只有短短的6個多月的時間，當然期間除了體重暴跌之外，他其實也有出現腹部不適的症狀，但因為不是很明顯，所以他就被這樣忽略掉了。

陳欣湄也說，這樣的故事可能就發生在我們周遭，胰臟癌這個疾病是很讓人害怕的，也很難檢查出來。不過，大家可以特別注意7大高風險族群「60歲以上」、「有抽菸習慣」、「肥胖」、「慢性胰臟炎」、「糖尿病」、「胰臟相關家族病史」以及「愛吃高糖高熱量的食物」。特別是有家族病史的人，罹患胰臟癌的機率比一般人多了3至4倍，建議大家平時做健檢，可將腸胃系統考慮進去。
